Join a Major Industrial Project:
GO4ZERO is our ambitious initiative aimed at reducing our environmental footprint in clinker production through innovative and sustainable practices. The Clinker Line project in Obourg (Mons, Belgium) involves a significant upgrade, transitioning from a « wet process » using chalk to a more efficient « dry process » using limestone. This includes constructing new clinker production lines and revamping existing infrastructure to enhance efficiency and reduce emissions. Are you passionate about documentation management with a strong attention to detail? We are looking for a Technical Documentation Coordinator to support our ambitious Plant modernization project. In this key role, you will manage and optimize the documentation processes essential to the project’s success while working alongside a multidisciplinary team.
Your Main Mission:
Ensure the availability and accuracy of all technical documents related to the plant’s modernization project by effectively managing both paper and digital archives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project documentation using McLaren: You will be responsible for mastering and efficiently using the McLaren system to ensure all key project documents are up-to-date and accessible.
- Ensure availability of execution documentation: You will provide both digital and hard copies of technical documentation to relevant stakeholders, such as construction and supervision teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: You will work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and technical experts to keep the technical documentation current throughout the project’s lifecycle.
- Update the engineering documentation: Control and archiving of documents confirming the commencement of work, completion of various stages of implementation, making changes to the project during implementation, obtaining permits and administrative decisions.
- Participate in coordination meetings: As part of the team, you will attend site coordination and acceptance meetings, ensuring that documentation reflects the latest project developments.
- Translate and validate documents: You will assist in translating technical documentation and verifying its compliance with project standards before archiving.
Profile We Are Looking For:
Education: Bachelor degree in construction, engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in technical documentation management, ideally in construction or industrial projects.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of document management systems (McLaren experience is a plus), Autocad, and MS Office.
Languages: Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent communication abilities.
